This place has been my go-to spot for over a decade now, and I’ve always had a great time there. Some days are better than others, but the overall experience is always enjoyable. The atmosphere is always great, and the servers are always friendly and attentive. This particular visit was exceptional. Our server was incredibly sweet and efficient. She took our orders quickly and brought us our hot sake and miso soup, which is the best miso soup ever. I also ordered the Pokémon, 007, and the Mission Impossible roll they were delicious. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place, even when I’ve ordered it to go. They’ve always been reliable and delivered my food promptly. I’ll always love this place, regardless of the day or the weather. It’s definitely a favorite of mine.

Really enjoyed our visit to Ichiban in Alpharetta. The customer service was outstanding — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience great from start to finish. Food-wise, everything was tasty but a bit too salty for my taste. That said, the excellent service more than made up for it, and I'd definitely go back. 4 stars!

Dear Manger: I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent dining experience at your restaurant. While I enjoyed the food and time but I was concerned by the "Suggested Tip" calculations provided on my receipt. I noticed that the percentages is lasted between 20-25% which were calculated based on the post-tax total rather than the pre-tax subtotal. As a consumer, I believe this practice is misleading for several reasons: 1) Double Inflation: With rising food prices, a 15-20% tip already accounts for inflation. Calculating that percentage on top of tax creates an unfair "double increase." 2) Service vs. Tax: A tip is a voluntary reward for service, not a commission on government taxes. 3) Transparency: Standard etiquette and consumer expectations are based on the subtotal. Presenting inflated suggestions can feel predatory to guests who may not check the math closely. I value your establishment, but I hope you will consider adjusting your Point of Sale (POS) settings to calculate suggestions based on the subtotal. This small change would demonstrate a greater commitment to transparency and respect for your customers. I will file this complain to a local Consumer Agency as we

Arrived at reserved time and then had to wait for 15 min to be seated. Then waited another 15 min to get served. The staff were worn out. No smiles. Another 15 min before the show started. Chef was uninspired and you could feel the waves of boredom come crashing down as he performed like a trained seal. Ouch! Talk about low energy from everyone at this place! The salad was dripping wet, I mean Chick-fil-a salads are a step up! My drink was way too watery as if the bartender had forgotten about the shaker and just let the ice melt for a few minutes before giving it a tepid shake. The fried rice tasted like it had been cooked in wax. Awful. The highlights were the filet and the scallops, both of which were tasty. Overall? I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Came by to have lunch on my birthday with my husband. It was a Tuesday and wasn’t busy at all. The avocado sushi was good and had hibachi with chicken, shrimp and veggies The taste was good and was very filling. The hibachi experience was good and we had a good time coming for the first time.
